Damaged or Defective Wines

Wines received damaged or defective by the buyer can be returned within 14 days from the day the buyer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the goods. We offer the option of a refund or replacement (if available) of the wine, provided that the defective product is returned to us in the same condition as originally received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The returned product must be sent in the original box in which the order was received.

Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 30 days from receipt of the defective returned product. Refunds or exchanges are subject to verification of the returned product.

Damage During Transport

If wines are damaged during transport, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a description of the damage and supporting photos (including the original box with the shipping label and the damaged bottle).

Late or Missing Packages

If an order, or part of it, is delayed by more than 14 days, or if the courier indicates that the package is not moving, upon the buyer’s request we will initiate an investigation with the courier. To start the investigation, the buyer must provide a signed Non-Delivery Statement, which will be provided upon reporting the missing package. The investigation process may take up to 30 days.

If the package cannot be located or delivered, we will resolve the issue within the standard 30-day period by offering a reshipment or refund of the order, if possible.

Legal Rights

The return and cancellation policies listed above do not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This right (cancellation period) will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order. Please clearly state your name, order number, and purchase date in the cancellation communication. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel this contract within 14 days, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees or penalties will be charged to you as a result of the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
